3. Location Data

We collect precise GPS location data from drivers and passengers during active rides. This data is used to provide the ride service, display driver location to passengers, and calculate fares. Location data is not sold to third parties.

4. Driver Information Displayed to Passengers

In compliance with North Dakota TNC regulations, passengers are shown the driver's name, photo, vehicle make/model, color, and license plate number before boarding a vehicle. This is required by law to ensure passenger safety.

5. Sharing of Information

We share information with:

• Drivers and passengers as necessary to complete rides
• Stripe for payment processing
• Background check providers (for drivers only)
• Law enforcement when required by law

6. Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. Trip history is retained for a minimum of 7 years as required by North Dakota TNC regulations. You may request deletion of your account by contacting support.

7. Security

We use industry-standard encryption and security practices to protect your data. Payment information is processed by Stripe and never stored on our servers.

8. Your Rights
